What's In the Program?

Kick-Off Video

Leaky gut. It’s why we’re all here, right? But why? How did we get here? In this kick-off video we’ll discuss all the factors that can contribute to or cause leaky gut, to give you a better understanding of why you’re experiencing these symptoms. We'll go over some ways you can naturally support your digestion without supplements, and you'll assess your current digestive health using our Gut Health Symptoms assessment quiz.

Week 1: Gut Healing Supplements & Grocery Shopping Checklist

This week we get your kitchen and pantry organized and supplements ordered so you're set up for gut health success! This is the most vital and also the easiest step, because you already have to buy groceries and eat every day. We’re just switching up your old shopping list and replacing it with my Gut Healing Grocery List. You’ll also order your gut healing supplements this week so you can start experiencing the benefits ASAP. By the end of this module you’ll be totally set up and ready to succeed on your eight-week gut healing journey.

Week 2: Meal Prep + Herbs & Spices For Gut Health

It makes it so much easier to stick to eating gut healing foods when they’re ready and waiting for you instead of you having to think about cooking every meal. Which is where meal prepping comes in! So I’m going to give you my fool-proof, SUPER SIMPLE strategy for meal planning so you have no excuses and can stay on track with your gut healing nutrition plan. We'll also explore the gut healing benefits of herbs and spices, how much of them you need to eat for medicinal benefits, and I'll give you some tasty and versatile herb and spice blend recipes you can use to keep your meal interesting and delicious.

Week 3: Gut health, Cravings, and Emotional Eating. 

Gut health, cravings, and emotional eating. This week we talk about one of the lesser known symptoms of gut health imbalances - cravings. Most of us have food cravings, but how can you tell the difference between a healthy cravings and an unhealthy craving? And what’s the difference between having cravings and emotional eating? By the end of this module you’ll be equipped with exercises and strategies to help you connect with what your body really needs so you can avoid unhealthy cravings and eat to nourish your body instead.

Week 4: Focus on Hydration. 

Proper hydration goes beyond just drinking water. You need to drink the right amount and make sure you’re absorbing it for maximum gut healing and digestive support. This week we work on integrating our ideal amount of water into every day. By the end of this module you’ll know exactly how much water to drink every day to support your digestion and metabolism, as well as tricks for making sure you hydrate effectively.

Week 6: Deep Dive into Probiotics

One of the most well-known gut health supplements on the market are probiotics. They’ve been around for years, but the science is changing! Now we know more about which kinds of probiotics are the most effective and beneficial for supporting a healthy gut and why they're so important. This week I’ll guide you through the do’s and don’ts of probiotics and how to incorporate probiotic foods into your diet, and by the end of this module you’ll be able to pick, choose, and use probiotics for best results possible.

Week 5: Gut Infections and "Force of Nature" Imbalances

Sometimes changing your diet and supporting your digestion with supplements isn’t enough to rebalance your symptoms. I call gut infections “force of nature” imbalances because while they’re often related to digestive issues like low stomach acid, they also happen because of outside pathogens being introduced into the body. They aren’t a direct symptom of poor digestion itself. In this module we'll cover various types of gut infections and how to know when you should consider gut health testing.

Week 7: Foods To Avoid for Gut Health. 

I never like to think of foods as “good” or “bad”, but there are certain foods we're better off avoiding while we heal our gut. So why do we do this? I’ll go into detail about why certain foods support gut health and why other foods harm your gut, so you can get a clear picture of how the Gut Health Blueprint strategy is effective. By the end of this module you’ll know exactly what foods to avoid to heal and maintain your gut (and if you can get away with eating them every now and then).

Week 8: Wrapping Up and Moving Forward

This is the last and final week of the Gut Health Blueprint program but by now eating for gut health feels like second nature to you. We’ll finish out the week strong by sticking to our gut healthy meals and supplements. We’ll talk about transitioning back to “real life” and what a good maintenance plan looks like for you, including nutrition plan and supplements.
